Brewed only once every other year or so, Royal McPoyal is aa Imperial Milk Porter and one of our OG beers. Inspired by fluffy French toast covered in tons of gooey maple syrup, we brewed Royal McPoyal with Lactose for a touch of sweetness and creamy body. From there, we conditioned this one on on Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, and Vanilla to conjure the flavors reminiscent of this classic breakfast treat. Pouring a chocolate-brown color with a fluffy tan head, we're getting notes reminiscent of Eggo Maple Waffle cereal, melted milk chocolate bars, and freshly baked cinnamon buns straight from the oven.
